Hollow Road
A downloadable environment
Hollow Road is a real-time game environment inspired by what Bloodborne could look like on current tech. The scene is textured to a texel density of 1024px/m, and makes heavy use of tileable materials and trim sheets to remain optimised.
I used Maya to model all of the modular assets, Zbrush for props, and Houdini for any procedural elements such as all chains and ropes. I used Designer to create all of my tileable textures, and Painter to generate RGB masks for props, and texture the coffin.
I took original inspiration from Michał Sałata's concept https://www.artstation.com/artwork/rR6WkJ and developed the scene from here using a lot of reference from Bloodborne's own city of Yharnam.
All content is my own asides from the foliage which was taken from Megascans and, a sky sphere from the Unreal Marketplace. Materials are all rendered in Marmoset 4.
